► Result and KPI management, plant efficiencies (labour, material, variable cost);
► Inventory management: control of material movements, pricing, slow moving provisions;
► Carrying out financial analysis and informing managers with the necessary information to make decisions;
► Planning, budgeting and forecasting according to business needs;
► Proper implementation of headquarters guidelines for annual forecasting and consolidation;
► Giving feedback and improving processes (automated and manual).

Manufacturing plant in Keila was established in 1968 and nowadays belongs to Prysmian Group. In the Baltics, with the plant and main office in Keila, Estonia, and offices in Riga, Latvia and Vilnius, Lithuania, we employ about 160 people in plant operations, sales and marketing, customer care, logistics, purchasing, finances and administration.
